Terms and Conditions
SALES:
• All devices sold come with 3 months warranty which excludes physical damage posed by the owner.
• Full refund is applicable within 7 days from the day of purchase.
• Submerging of device into water is practiced at the owner’s risk and hence ZaliTech is not responsible for any circumstance which might take part after the event.
• If the device has been repaired by a third party, warranty will be voided.
• Removing of screen protector will void warranty of the device. If you have any issues with the device, bring it through as it was given to you.
• We do not issue any warranty on chargers.
• 25% will be charged for any lay-by cancellation.
REPAIRS:
• All screen and battery replacements come with a 3 months warranty exclusive of any physical damage or owner’s negligence.
• Newly installed batteries should not be charged for more than 4 hours so to prevent distortion in the battery.
• If the device has been repaired (prior or after) by a third party entity, ZaliTech will not be responsible for any faults which might happen on the device.
• A fee of R150 will be charged for inspection of the device.
Device/s not collected within a period of 7 days will be salvaged to settle the company expenses.
• Removing of screen protector will void warranty on screen replaced.
• In case of theft, riots or any other incident, we are not liable for any loss/ damage.
