SALES:
•⁠ ⁠All devices sold come with 3 months warranty which excludes physical damage posed by the owner.

•⁠ ⁠Full refund is applicable within 7 days from the day of purchase.

•⁠ ⁠Submerging of device into water is practiced at the owner’s risk and hence ZaliTech is not responsible for any circumstance which might take part after the event.

•⁠ ⁠If the device has been repaired by a third party, warranty will be voided.

•⁠ ⁠Removing of screen protector will void warranty of the device. If you have any issues with the device, bring it through as it was given to you.
•⁠ ⁠We do not issue any warranty on chargers.
•⁠ ⁠25% will be charged for any lay-by cancellation.

REPAIRS:

•⁠ All screen and battery replacements come with a 3 months warranty exclusive of any physical damage or owner’s negligence.

•⁠ Newly installed batteries should not be charged for more than 4 hours so to prevent distortion in the battery.

•⁠ If the device has been repaired (prior or after) by a third party entity, ZaliTech will not be responsible for any faults which might happen on the device.

•⁠ A fee of R150 will be charged for inspection of the device.

Device/s not collected within a period of 7 days will be salvaged to settle the company expenses.

•⁠ Removing of screen protector will void warranty on screen replaced.

•⁠ In case of theft, riots or any other incident, we are not liable for any loss/ damage.
